The General assembly
The General assembly is the highest authority of the Network. It brings together regular members and has the role of:
- determine the main orientations of the Network, accompanied by one of the 3 co-directors of this axis
- review the Network's activity and financial reports to indicate improvements to be made,
- adopt or amend the Network Charter,
- endorse the appointment of the Director of the Network and the members of the Management committee by secret ballot,
- approve the annual progress report of the Network sent to the FRQS,
- approve the appointment of the Network Administrative Coordinator,
- approve the important proposals made by the Management committee for the development of the Network.
